Les Délices makes its Boston Early Music Festival debut on June 6th with Woman Scorned. This program explores universal themes of desire, jealousy, shame, and revenge through the voices of spurned lovers of antiquity. Woman Scorned exalts in the wild, passionate music portraying characters including Circé, Phèdre, Armide, and Medée.
